For the cultural sector

AbaF provides skills development, advice, guides to best practice and the latest news from the field.

If you work in the cultural sector and want to learn more about connecting with business supporters, AbaF’s skills development workshops will help you develop your business case for support. Partnering workshops are held in each State once or twice each year.

AbaF provides opportunities for organisations with developed business cases to present to an audience of business people . These Business Arts Exchanges take place in each state, organised by the state chapters.

For an initial discussion of your needs and how AbaF may be of assistance, contact your state manager. There is no charge for information and advice. A modest fee is charged for skills development workshops.

For the business sector

AbaF provides advice, guides to best practice in arts relationships, and the latest news from the field.

The arts can offer inspiration for your staff, opportunities to demonstrate your commitment to the community, great networking, a creative edge for marketing, and unique branding options.

You can find out about potential arts partners at a Business Arts Exchange, at which cultural organisations present their business case for support to a business audience. You can go behind the scenes at an Arts Appreciation event, or hear from an inspirational speaker at a business breakfast or lunch.

For an initial discussion of your needs and how AbaF may be of assistance, or for further information on AbaF partnering activities for business, contact your state manager.
