Linda Klarfeld has created 11 plaster portrait busts of people considered to be Icons of Business in Australia including: Lindsay Fox AC, Catherine Harris AO, Gerry Harvey, Alan Jones AO, Rod Menzies, Harry M. Miller. Gina Rinehart, John Singleton AM, John Symond AO, Harry Triguboff AO & Gai Waterhouse OAM.
When Stage 1 of the collection was launched in a solo exhibition in her studio, The Hon. Barry O’Farrell, Premier of NSW, observed that “there are very few sculptures anywhere of business people”. This sculpture collection acknowledges those in business who create jobs and ultimately maintain the living standards that we’ve become used to. The sculptures represent private sector role models for young people who aspire to achieve success in their own enterprises. The collection was featured in The Australian newspaper.
There is now interest for the display of the exhibition in Perth and in Australian regional galleries. Linda will also add 5 more sculptures to the collection, to include business people from Western Australia as part of stage 2 of the collection.

I am seeking donations to assist with:
- Casting 16 life size portrait busts in bronze - As the sculptures are too fragile to travel in their current form, casting them in Bronze will allow them to be durable and be displayed to their best advantage.
- An audio tour – The production of an audio tour will ensure that viewers can connect with and learn from the Icons of business while at the exhibition
- Transport and Logistics - to enable touring the collection nationally in capital cities and regional centers.
