Timeline and conditions

The approval and payment process can take up to four weeks due to its popularity and the need for the review panel to meet to consider each proposal.

The business partner must be headquartered in Western Australia and be a small to medium business as defined by the ABS.

The fund review panel considers one year and multi-year cash matching proposals. Business partners are encouraged to commit to longer agreements. Multi-year agreements are subject to annual approval by the panel.

In any one financial year an arts organisation can receive between $1,000 and $10,000 in matched funds and an artist between $1,000 and $5,000 from one or multiple partnerships with an eligible business.

To attract matching funds, the partnerships must be a new relationship.
You must not exchange any cash or sponsor benefits until the application has been approved.

For more information contact AbaF in Western Australia on 08 9366 8005 or via email.
