Timelines and conditions
The approval and payment process can take up to six weeks due to its popularity and the need for the review panel to meet to consider each proposal.
The fund review panel only considers one year cash matching proposals. Business partners are encouraged to commit to longer agreements, but the panel can only match funds for one year.
In any one financial year a partnership between and arts organisation and a business can be matched up to $10,000 and a partnership between an artist and a business can be matched up to $5,000.
To attract matching funds you must not exchange any cash or benefits until the application has been approved.
