Administration Officer (0.6 FTE)

Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF) is seeking a confident, articulate, professional and highly organised individual to join the corporate services team in the national office and take responsibility for administration support.

Responsibilities include:

  • administrative support to the CEO
  • reception and related responsibilities
  • staff travel arrangements and supplier relationships
  • national office administration infrastructure, support and systems

Skills required or highly desirable include:

  • at least two years experience in a similar administrative role with demonstration of an energetic approach to office administration
  • a talent for organisation with excellent attention to detail and exceptional efficiency
  • ability to prioritise, work well under pressure, think laterally and work as part of a team
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation, and an outgoing and friendly personality
  • excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office package and database software

The position is part time and based in our Melbourne office. Remuneration is up to $50,000 pro rata including super.
