Administration Officer (0.6 FTE)
Australia Business Arts Foundation (AbaF) is seeking a confident, articulate, professional and highly organised individual to join the corporate services team in the national office and take responsibility for administration support.
Responsibilities include:
- administrative support to the CEO
- reception and related responsibilities
- staff travel arrangements and supplier relationships
- national office administration infrastructure, support and systems
Skills required or highly desirable include:
- at least two years experience in a similar administrative role with demonstration of an energetic approach to office administration
- a talent for organisation with excellent attention to detail and exceptional efficiency
- ability to prioritise, work well under pressure, think laterally and work as part of a team
- strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation, and an outgoing and friendly personality
- excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office package and database software
The position is part time and based in our Melbourne office. Remuneration is up to $50,000 pro rata including super.
